RECRUITMENT

September 2nd - 8th

  • PHILANTHROPY

The first round of recruitment will take place on 9/2-3. This is the most casual round. PNMs will be introduced to all the chapters and their philanthropies.

  • SISTERHOOD

The second round will take place on 9/4-5th. This round is a little nicer and longer. PNMs will visit between one to four houses, but they will spend more time getting to know the girls in each chapter while discussing what they value in a sisterhood.

  • PREFERENCE

The third and final round of recruitment will take place on 9/6-7th. This round is the most formal, and girls will visit one to two houses and have longer, deeper conversations about their values.

2023 RECRUITMENT RECAP

“My birthday was on Bid Day this year, and at dinner, they had me stand up, and they all sang Happy Birthday to me. It made me feel more loved than ever before. Every time we are all in a room together, like in new member or chapter meetings, it feels like Bid Day all over again. We all build each other up, have so much fun together, and are quick to encourage and affirm our sisters.”

— Lauren Hudson

“Every round there is always the one that is checking your boxes. That is the house that feels like home. That is what you were searching for all along! A home with the sweetest girls you can call sisters!”

— Ava Russell

“I was hesitant about going through recruitment because it felt out of my comfort zone, but I have been blessed beyond measure because of it”

— Sarah Elisabeth Elison

“Through recruitment, I was able to see the love of every chapter. The authenticity of everyone and being able to see the hearts of the girls I talked to led me to find my home. My Rho Gammas led me, talked to me, and cared for me in every way. The love everyone showed me allowed me to be confident in my decision to do recruitment!”

— Mackenzie Buchter

THE TEAM

  • VP OF RECRUITMENT

    NATALIE BRAUCHLER

Meet our VP of Recruitment, Natalie Brauchler, from Newnan, Georgia. She is a nursing major with a minor in nutrition, and her eyes are set on working in a NICU or being a travel nurse.

She is a big fan of the Hunger Games series, specifically Catching Fire. Can't you see her pulling off a side braid? Her spirit animal is a munchkin kitten. She flirts with the idea of dying her hair light pink!

The key to her heart is through a good ole hug and peanut butter M&Ms. If she isn't in class, she is in the sunshine! She loves to travel & wants to see the world!!

Natalie is sweet, compassionate, and intentional.

  • ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT

    LIBBY STIPP-PUFFER

Meet our Assistant Director of Recruitment, Libby Stipp-Puffer. She is a Nursing student studying to be a neonatal nurse practitioner from Dallas, TX!

She loves classic movies, and her favorite is How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. One day, she would like to dye her hair neon purple.

If she looks familiar, it's because her celebrity lookalike is Kit Kittredge, yes, the American Girl doll. Her spirit animal is a llama, and she loves fruit snacks.

If you drive her to CHS for class, she will love you forever! But if she isn't in class, she is probably at a coffee shop or taking a nap.

Fun fact! I took a gap year after high school!!!

Libby is genuine, hardworking, and will keep you smiling.

  • DIRECTOR OF RHO GAMMAS

    MARIA BENITEZ

Meet our Director of Rho Gammas, Maria Benitez. She is from Alpharetta, GA, and is studying Elementary and Special Education.

She dreams of being a wedding planner, which is no secret why one of her favorite movies is The Wedding Planner. But not limited to The Vow, the Greatest Showman, and Shutter Island! It's so hard to pick!

If she isn't in class, she is in her bed or a coffee shop (buy her an iced vanilla latte, and she will love you forever).

Her spirit animal is Cheeta, who loves to snack on goldfish crackers.

Fun fact: She has played the piano for 10 years!

Maria is kind, welcoming, and dependable.

What to wear?

Show your style! Pick out something you feel confident and comfortable in.

Philanthropy

PNMs will wear a shirt provided by Panhellenic and can match it with cute shorts, overalls, skirts, etc...
This is the most casual round!
